2025-2026 Senn HS Principal Evaluation Survey

The following survey is being administered by Senn High School's Local School Council (LSC,) in an effort to equitably evaluate Principal Holly Dacres as part of CPS's annual principal evaluation process for the 2025-2026 school year.


The Senn community is made up a large group of diverse individuals. Each of you have important perspectives, unique experiences and valued opinions that can help play a part in helping this school grow and become stronger under the leadership of Principal Dacres. The LSC is committed to providing a thoughtful and constructive evaluation and we believe that can only happen with open and honest feedback from students, teachers & staff, parents and community included in this process.


To aid us in collecting these insights, the LSC has developed a survey. We are asking each of you to take a few minutes to provide your thoughtful, respectful, and constructive feedback to the list of questions that have been developed. Please know that anything you share in this survey will be kept strictly confidential.

 

We expect that the survey will take you about 5-15 minutes, depending on how much additional feedback you wish to contribute.  If you feel that a question does not pertain to you or your particular situation, please feel free to select the 'No Opinion' at the end of the list of options.

 
We are asking that it be completed by midnight on Monday, April 27h.
